Beschreibung
Capsicum fruits are the source of many pungent spices that we enjoy. The small, round fruit is botanically known as a „berry“ and has about four simple fertile carpels. The seed is surrounded by a soft, fleshy membrane that covers the seed until maturity. Capsicum fruits ripen in mid-summer and have many uses in Asian cuisine and around the world.
